Candidate Service Agreement for Interview Training and Placement Support

Hereinafter referred to as "the Consultancy"

1. Purpose

   This Agreement sets forth the terms under which the Consultancy shall provide interview training and placement assistance to the Candidate, along with the applicable service fee and refund conditions.

2. Service Description
   • Interview training session(s) tailored to the Candidate’s target role/industry.
   • Guidance on resume preparation, interview behaviour, and professional presentation.
   • Facilitation of job opportunities by connecting the Candidate with potential employers.
3. Service Fee
   • A nominal fee of INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) shall be charged to the Candidate for the above-mentioned services.
   • The fee must be paid prior to the commencement of any training or job assistance activity.
   • This fee is not a job placement charge but a training and processing fee.
   • The candidate who joins the organization availing Leo Placement services has to pay 53% of the one month full salary (30 days) to the consultant as service charge on the same day as receipt of salary. Failure to comply will result in legal action, for which the candidate is liable.
   • If the candidate joins as a trainee/intern/apprentice, he/she has to pay Rs.2000/- as a one-time payment if drawing stipend/salary ≤ 5000. If the stipend > 5000, 53% of the stipend must be paid.
4. Refund Policy
   1. Refundable Conditions:
      • Full refund of INR 500 if the Candidate joins a job through an opportunity facilitated directly by the Consultancy.
      • Refund processed within 10–15 business days after confirmation from the employer.
   2. Non-Refundable Conditions:
      • The Candidate fails, is rejected, or is not selected in interviews.
      • The Candidate is offered a job but does not join.
      • The Candidate is unresponsive, withdraws, or misses interviews without valid reason.
      • The Candidate chooses not to proceed after training has commenced.
      • The Candidate provides false or misleading information.
5. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   • The Consultancy does not guarantee employment or job placement. Selection depends on qualifications and employer needs.
   • The Consultancy is not liable for job rejection or interview failure.
   • Maximum liability is limited to refund of the nominal fee, subject to Clause 4.1.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pune, Maharashtra, India. Disputes shall be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune City courts.

7. Candidate Declaration

   I, the undersigned, declare that I have read and understood the above terms. I understand that the fee is refundable only upon successful job joining and non-refundable otherwise as per Clause 4.2.

   This Agreement is made between Leo Placement and the undersigned individual. It outlines terms under which the Consultancy provides career and interview support.

2. Service Description
   • Interview training session(s) if needed
   • Basic career guidance and job application support
   • Opportunity facilitation for job interviews
3. Service Fee and Payment Terms
   • Candidate agrees to pay INR 500 (Rupees Five Hundred only) before availing services.
   • Fee covers interview training and consultation.
   • 53% of one month’s full salary is payable to the consultant upon receipt if placed via Leo Placement. Legal action may follow non-compliance.
   • Interns/trainees earning ≤ 5000 must pay INR 2000. If stipend > 5000, 53% of stipend is payable.
   • Payments via Bank Transfer / UPI / Other methods. Details shared after confirmation.
4. Refund Conditions
   • INR 500 is refundable only if job is secured through Consultancy’s efforts.
   • Refunds processed in 7–14 working days post employer confirmation.
   Non-Refundable Situations:
   • Candidate fails or is rejected in interviews.
   • Candidate declines offered job.
   • Candidate is unavailable, unresponsive, or withdraws.
   • Candidate gives false or misleading info.
5. Legal Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
   • No guarantee of job placement. Outcome depends on qualifications and employer selection.
   • Not liable for direct or indirect loss or claim.
   • Refund eligibility is subject to Clause 4 and is final.
6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

   Governing law is Maharashtra, India. Jurisdiction lies with Pune courts.

7. Candidate Declaration

   I declare that I understand the terms above and agree to them. The fee is refundable only upon successful placement through the Consultancy’s efforts, and non-refundable otherwise.
