We enter each client assignment with no preconceptions regarding what will or will not be implemented. Instead, our goal is to bring to the assignment a multi-disciplinary range of talent in an effort to understand the client's goals, objectives and financial concerns. We view each assignment as a unique opportunity to find the best solution for the client.

Terms & Conditions


SCOPE OF WORK

1. Identifying candidate profile.
2. Identifying the job profile.
3. Advertisement through press, or electronic / web media.
4. Headhunting
5. Forwarding resume.
6. Arranging Interviews.


CHARGES

Our quote for the placements would be as below:
1. 16.50% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Senior positions (GM, AVP, VP, CTO, BDO etc).
2. 10.50% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Middle positions (Manager/ Team Leader etc).
3. 8.33% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Junior positions i. e Relationship Manager.


REPLACEMENTS PERIOD
If a candidate leaves before the completion of 90 days from the Date of Joining, Leo Placements will be responsible for his/her replacements.
