CHARGES
Our quote for the placements would be as below:
1. 16.50% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Senior positions (GM, AVP, VP, CTO,
BDO etc).
2. 10.50% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Middle positions (Manager/ Team
Leader etc).
3. 8.33% of the Annual Gross emoluments for Junior positions i. e Relationship
Manager.
REPLACEMENTS PERIOD
If a candidate leaves before the completion of 90 days from the Date of Joining,
Leo Placements will be responsible for his/her replacements.
