The second party (applicant) agrees to pay an amount of Rs 500/- (Six Hundred only) non-refundable Registration charge to the first party on the date of registration. (Applicants with 7+ years of experience need not to pay Rs 500/- at the time of registration, whereas they need to pay the amount on the confirmation of selection referred through Aptso). The second party has to pay 53% of the one month full salary (30 days) to first party as service charge on same day as receipt of salary without fail and if the second party is not acting upon the agreement, first party has the right to file legal actions against second party and for the cost and consequence happened. On that the second party, is liable for that. If the second party is joining as a trainee, he has to pay Rs 2000 as one time payment at the time of joining a firm drawing stipend equal or less than 5000. If the stipend amount is more than 5000, the second party needs to pay 53% of stipend on receipt of the amount.
